OM Foundations is designed to equip Imagen Operations Managers with the mindset, tools, and behaviors to drive practice growth, elevate team performance, and enhance the patient experience. Over a day and a half, participants will explore what it means to lead within Imagen’s collaborative business model, where leadership is shared, culture is intentional, and success comes from balancing performance metrics with people-centered leadership.

Through interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and action planning, participants will leave with clear, practical strategies to strengthen leadership habits, partner effectively with doctors and teams, and build the right environment for exceptional patient care and sustained growth.

Learning Objectives

Lead with clarity and confidence: Understand the Imagen culture, leadership philosophy, and business model that shape success.
Apply the OM Success Model: Transition from “office manager” to “operations leader” by focusing on the core behaviors that drive performance and culture.
Influence and coach effectively: Build trust and collaboration with partner doctors and team members, even in moments of challenge or change.
Build the right team for the right experience: Recognize how team alignment, role clarity, and accountability impact the patient journey and practice results.
Take action: Develop a focused action plan to strengthen one leadership habit, one key relationship, and one area of patient experience.

Course Format

Day 1 Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Deep dive into Imagen’s culture and leadership model, explore the OM Success Model, and practice coaching and communication techniques.
Day 2 Fridays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Focus on team alignment, patient experience, and personalized action planning using the “Who, How, When” framework.
