Upcoming Events

This course takes the All-on-X practice and optimizes the design and manufacturing of the interim and the final prosthesis. Lab costs for All-on-X restorations can be extremely high, but by designing in-house and outsourcing to milling centers, the costs could be cut by 80%. This is a restorative course, so students are highly encouraged to attend the All-on-X surgical course to understand the basic concepts of treatment planning and execution.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  1. Creating mockups in Exocad (edentulous and partially edentulous)
  2. Review of scanbody options and direct to MUA restorations
  3. 3D printing of day-of-surgery provisionals
  4. Scanning vs. Photogrammetry
  5. Direct to MUA options
  6. Exocad design of All-on-X final restorations
