Overview

This comprehensive program is designed to increase confidence in doing ridge preservation in our offices. The focus will be on how ridge preservation benefits our patients to promote better clinical outcomes for better oral health. Participants will practice ridge preservation techniques using models, focusing on graft and membrane placement and suturing techniques. The participants will learn the verbiage to better educate patients on the benefits to ridge preservation and how to implement these skills Monday morning to get better case acceptance and improve our patients oral health.

1. Understand the biological and clinical reasons for performing ridge preservation.
2. Identify the indications, benefits, and timing considerations for ridge preservation following tooth extraction.
3. Learn step-by-step clinical protocols for performing predictable ridge preservation.
4. Gain familiarity with graft materials, membranes, and suturing techniques.
5. Integrate ridge preservation into comprehensive treatment planning.
6. Apply learned concepts during the hands-on course to build clinical confidence.
